1. What is the nature of the work? (Write a paragraph explaining this)
The nature of the work is a bit risky. They observe their surrounding to see if people may have bombs, and they also diffuse bombs.This jobs allows people to work in groups and also alone to remove any hazards from our environment.
2. What type of education or training do you need in order to work in this occupation? (Explain in detail) These jobs are highly certified and require a UXO Tech certification. A lot of UXO Tech graduates go for a lot of exciting opportunities.
3. What skills or talents do you need in order to be successful in this field? (List a minimum of 3 skills)
-explosives knowledge
-communication with the people who are suspect
-safety precautions
4. What courses or activities can you take now to prepare for a future job in this field? I should stay in my engineering career pathway to prepare.
5. Over the next 10 years what is the job outlook for this field?6. Is this a career that interests you? Why or why not? This is not a job I am interested in because I am not interested with bombs.
